Being in my fifties I have up to 30 years of business experience in various areas. Marketing for fast moving consumer goods, building a start-up in solar technology, top-tier international consulting firm, development of a high-end business school at a public university, strategic advisory and coaching for leaders and leadership teams – this diversity shaped my personality.

Big corporate start After my university graduation in business administration in Mannheim I joined Unilever as a marketing and advertising manager. Build – create – grow! A perfect moment to join Boston Consulting Group in Hamburg for the next 12 years. A business school at a public university Create a place for life long learning for professionals and make it a profitable business – an inspiring job! Leaving BCG as an equity partner and taking over Leuphana Professional School as a managing director to build “Harvard in the heath” was the next step. That was where I enjoyed teaching and still do so today with courses around strategy and entrepreneurship.
